Functional and beautiful dog harness with ruffle that is exquisitely handmade. Only 1 in stock.

Features a cross dyed, burgundy taffeta with a floral embroidered bodice and ruffle skirt, both enhanced with a black velvet laser cut lace. The triple reinforced D-Ring placket is black faux leather with an ornate, gunmetal braid. Black velvet binding trim and green satin lining.
Matching leash available in Black velvet.
Hand or machine wash cold. Hang to dry.
Wide Velcro fasteners at the neck and belly add 2-3 inches of adjustment. The Designer's logo tag adorns the bottom hem.
Not recommended for athletic leash pullers.
